Phronesis (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a product of Eligarf Enterprises (Mumbai, India). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our mobile apps, web apps, and related services.

• Account & contact info: name, email, phone (when provided), profile data.
• Usage & device data: app interactions, crash/diagnostic logs, device model, OS, approximate location (from IP).
• Content you add: notes, tasks, lead/contact data you enter or import.
• Firebase data: Authentication, Firestore/Storage documents as needed by features.
• Payments (if applicable): handled by Google Play / payment processors; we do not store card details.

2. How we use data

• Provide and improve features (sync, reminders, analytics for reliability and performance).
• Personalize UX (e.g., suggested next actions, language hints).
• Security and abuse prevention (rate-limiting, fraud checks).
• Legal compliance and recordkeeping.

3. When we share data

• Service providers: hosting (Google Cloud/Firebase), email (Zoho), analytics/crash reporting.
• Legal: to comply with laws, enforce terms, or protect rights/safety.
• We do not sell personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain data while you have an account and as needed for legitimate business/legal purposes. You may request deletion; some records may persist where required by law or for security.

5. Your choices

• Access/update your info via in-app settings or by contacting us.
• Opt-out of non-essential emails; essential service messages may still be sent.
• Control push notifications at the OS/app level.

6. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or local equivalent). If we learn a child has provided personal data, we’ll delete it.

7. International transfers

We may process data on servers outside your country. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable laws.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep credentials safe.
